Job description:
Provide comprehensive support in compliance and legal matters, ensuring the organization adheres to all legal regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
 - Monitor and review company operations and practices to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
 - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
 - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
 - Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and other departments.
 - Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
 - Handle and resolve legal disputes, including coordinating with external legal counsel.
 - Develop and deliver training programs on legal and compliance matters.
 - Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
 - Maintain and update legal and compliance documentation and records.
 - Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
 - Investigate and address compliance issues, including developing corrective action plans.
 - Assist with special projects and initiatives related to compliance and legal matters.
 - Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations as needed.
 - Ensure confidentiality and security of legal and compliance information.
 
Qualifications (English):
- Knowledge and experience in laws related to software and ICT business.
 - Skills in risk assessment and risk management.
 - Ability to draft and review legal documents.
 - Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
 - Knowledge of international law is an advantage.
 - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
 - Ability to coordinate with various teams within the organization.
