Job description:

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation and management of their daily activities. Also performs clerical tasks such as drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and other documents for senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks and activities.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
  • Take meeting minutes, distribute them, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO as needed.
  • Manage personal appointments and commitments. 

Qualifications (English):

  • Experience in management and coordination with senior executives.
  • Ability to manage the executive’s schedule and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility in working hours and ability to work under pressure.
