Job description:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient operation and management of their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
 - Organize and prioritize daily tasks and activities.
 - Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
 - Draft and prepare basic documents and reports.
 - Act as the initial point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
 - Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
 - Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
 - Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
 - Manage and organize files, records, and documents.
 - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
 - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
 - Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
 - Track and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
 - Assist in planning and organizing minor corporate events and social functions.
 
Qualifications (English):
- Document management and report preparation skills.
 - Ability to coordinate and follow up on tasks.
 - Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
 - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
 - Ability to manage schedules and meetings.
 - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
